摘　　要：患者男,16岁。右手麻木伴全身散在分布红斑10年,加重1个月。皮肤科情况:面部浸润水肿性红色斑块,形态不规则,界不清,双上肢、背部、腰部及右下肢见多个环状红色斑块,双眉外1/3脱落,双耳大神经、右尺神经粗大。皮损组织病理示:符合瘤型麻风,抗酸染色阳性。诊断:瘤型麻风;Ⅰ型麻风反应。The 16-year-old patient, male, has been suffering from the right hand and body erythema for 10 years and a month aggravated. Skin lesions were infiltrative edematous red patches with irregular shape in the face and multiple annular red plaques in the upper limbs, back, waist and right lower extremity and eyebrows out in outer 1/3. Nerve damage were enlargement in the greater auricular nerves and the right ulnar nerve. Skin histopathology showed lepromatous leprosy. The diagnosis of lepromatous leprosy with type I leprosy reac- tion was made.
