摘　　要：在系统总结建筑改造工程中基础托换技术的基础上 ,说明反压梁基础托换法在工程实践中的应用 ,该方法是基础减压和加强刚度托换技术在工程中的应用 ,用于上部结构总荷载不变或减小的改造工程 ,可取得较好的经济和社会效益。On the basis of summation about the underpinning technique in building alteration,we illustrated the using of keaum-pressing methord in this paper.This methord is the application of the decompression and reinforcement.It's ecommical and advantageous methord,when the reconstructed project is under the reduced load or constanted load.
