胶冻样类芽孢杆菌CX-9菌株肥料制剂的研制及在烟草上的应用

摘　　要：为研究胶冻样类芽孢杆菌CX-9菌株肥料制剂对烟草品质的改善和产量的提高,通过自行分离的胶冻样类芽孢杆菌CX-9菌株的发酵、发酵液离心和后处理,研制出含菌量高达50.0×108/g的肥料制剂,并利用该肥料制剂在贵州烟草上进行了减少烟草专用肥的接种实验.研究结果表明:每公顷施用该肥料制剂30kg,能促进烟株生长发育,提高烟叶产量、产值、均价、上等烟叶率和中上等烟叶率,改善烟叶内在化学品质,大大提高烟叶质量等级,同时底施该肥料制剂,还可减少20%的基肥施用,降低成本投入,增加烟农的收益.因此,该胶冻样类芽孢杆菌CX-9菌株在烤烟生产上具有一定的应用价值.In order to study the improving of tobacco quality and increasing of tobacco yield by Paenibacillus mucilaginosus CX-9 strain, a kind of fertilizer agent has been produced. The fertilizer agent was get by fermentation, centrifugation and drying process of P. rnucilaginosus CX-9 strain and its biological amount can be reached to 50.0 ×10^8//g. The application experiments to reduce tobacco specific fertilizer were carried on in tobacco field in Guizhou province. As a result, with the application of 30 kg per hectare, the fertilizer agent had the ability of promoting tobacco plant growth, despite of this, the tobacco yield, production value, average price of tobacco leaf and rate of superior tobacco were promoted, and tobacco internal quality of chemistry were improved. Meanwhile, application of it could reduce tobacco basic fertilizer application 20%. So the costs of farmers could be reduced directly, and the income could be increased. Therefore, the application of fertilizer agent of P. mucilaginosus CX-9 strain in tobacco planting have certain value-in-use.
