摘 要:为选育玉米茎腐病菌的高效拮抗菌株,采用紫外线照射(UV)和氯化锂(LiCl)复合诱变的方法对出发菌株YH-1进行诱变,结果表明:经初筛、复筛选育得到1株高效拮抗菌株UL-5,其抑菌圈直径达到27.5mm,比出发菌株(20.6mm)提高了33.5%,且传代实验表明该菌株具有较好的遗传稳定性。因此,采用UV和LiCl复合诱变的方法可以获得玉米茎腐病菌的高效拮抗菌株。In order to screen of the corn stalk rot antagonistic strain with a high ability, UV and LiCI com- posite mutation method has been adopted, strain YH-lwas used as an original strain. The results showed that the strain UL-5 had high antagonistic ability to corn stalk rot in the preliminary and secondary screening, with a diam- eter inhibition zone of 27.5mm, which revealed a 33.5 percent increase compared with the original strain, the diam- eter inhibition zone was 20.6mm. Meanwhile, the strain UL-5 had good genetic stability. So the high antagonistic strain to corn stalk rot could be obtained by UV and LiC1 composite mutation.
