彩色棉棉子发育形态变化与干物质积累规律研究

摘  要:以棕絮1号、陇绿棉2号和对照品种普通白色棉鲁棉研28号为试验材料,研究了彩色棉棉子发育过程中形态及干物质积累的动态变化。结果表明:棉子长、宽和体积均在35 DPA(day post anthesis)达最大值,25 DPA前彩色棉与白色棉快速增长阶段存在差异,25 DPA后的增长速率差异较小。最终棉子体积棕絮1号>鲁棉研28号>陇绿棉2号。对供试品种百粒棉子干重进行Logistic方程拟合表明:彩色棉品种棉子干重快速累积持续时间较白色棉短,但快速增长期平均速率均大于普通白色棉,棉子干重理论最大值差异不大。棉子种仁和子壳重都随棉子发育而不断增长,子壳率不断下降,成熟棉子子壳率以绿色棉陇绿棉2号最低,棕絮1号次之,鲁棉研28号最高。Using 3 cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) cultivars,Zongxu 1,Longlvmian 2 and white cotton Lumianyan 28(CK) as materials,the dynamic changes of morphology and dry matter accumulation during cottonseed development of colored cottons were studied.The results showed that the length,width and volume of cottonseeds reached the maximum at 35 DPA(days post anthesis).And their rise rates of colored cottons were different at rapid growth stage before 25 DPA and less different after 25 DPA from those of white cotton.The maximum volume of cottonseeds of 3 cotton cultivars ranked as Zongxu 1 Lumianyan 28 Longlvmian 2.The dry weight of one hundred cottonseeds of 3 cotton cultivars was simulated with logistic equation.The results showed that the dry matter rapid accumulation durations of colored cottons were shorter than that of the white cotton,but the average rates at rapid growth stage of colored cottons were larger than that of white cotton.The maximum theoretical value of the dry weight of 3 cotton cultivars had little difference.The weights of cottonseed kernel and shell increased and the shell ratio decreased with the cottonseed development.The shell ratio of mature cottonseed of 3 cotton cultivars ranked as Longlvmian 2 Zongxu 1 Lumianyan 28.
