辣椒种子超干贮藏最适含水量范围研究

摘　　要：将辣椒种子含水量干燥至5%以下,分别置于15、25、35℃贮藏3年、65℃老化l个月后检测种子发芽率、活力变化,以确定辣椒种子超干贮藏的最佳含水量范围。结果表明,无论是常温贮藏3年,还是高温老化1个月,辣椒种子超干贮藏的最适含水量范围均为2.4%～5.0%。To identify the optimum moisture content range under ultra-dry storage,pepper seeds were dried to below 5% moisture content and stored at 15℃,25℃,35℃ respectively for 3 years or aged at 65℃ for 1 month,and then the germination rate and vigor were detected.The results indicated the optimum moisture content range of pepper seeds under ultra-dry storage was 2.4% ～ 5.0%.
