牡丹休眠枝离体培养下形态学观察

摘　　要：为更好地对牡丹进行引种或组织培养,以河南省洛阳市国家牡丹基因库的牡丹早、中、晚花三种类型,共41个品种为材料,从形态学角度对其休眠枝进行了初步研究。结果表明:经过45d(10℃以下)的自然低温,早花品种可以打破休眠,而中花和晚花牡丹品种只有少数能够打破休眠。In order to study introduction or tissue culture of peony better, the early,middle,late-maturing culti- vars of peony were researched from the aspect of morphology. The research results showed that after 45 day- long natural low-temperature treatment, the dormant early-maturing cultivar could be broken completely, but there were partial dormant cultivars could be broken in the middle and late-maturing cultivars.
