摘  要:为了有效防治红花根腐病,对吉林农业大学生物反应器研究中心药用植物基地的红花根腐病病原菌进行分离鉴定及10种防治药剂筛选研究。结果表明:经组织分离和纯化后获得6个有致病性的菌株,并且均为茄病镰刀菌。茄病镰刀菌对农利灵、施保功、甲基托布津、氟硅唑、苯醚甲环唑的敏感性较高,EC50<1μg.mL-1;对多菌灵、速克灵、代森锰锌的敏感性次之,1μg.mL-1<EC50<10μg.mL-1;对扑海因和咪鲜胺的敏感性较差。In order to prevent and control safflower root rot effectively, safflower root rot pathogen in bioreactor research center medicinal plant base of Jilin Agricultural University was isolated and identified, at the same time 10 kinds of fungicides were studied. The results showed that six pathogenic strains were obtained through tis- sue separation and purification, and they were all Fusarium sloani. The sensitivity of fungicides were deter- mined by growth rate method, the results showed that the pathogen was the most sensitive to Ronilan, Sporgon, Thiophanate-methyl, Flusilazole and Difenoconazole, (EC50 〈 1 μg. mL-1 ), followed by Carbendazim, Procymidone and Mancozeb(1 μg-mL-1 〈EC50 〈10μg. mL-1), while it was less resistant to Iprodione and Pro- chloraz.
