摘 要:用碱和柔软剂对洋麻纤维进行改性处理后,将其与芳纶纤维按不同比例混纺得到相应纱线。研究了洋麻纤维碱处理前后拉伸性能的变化和混纺纱线拉伸、阻燃及导电性能随混纺比的变化规律。结果表明:纤维改性处理能够提高洋麻可纺性;混纺比为30/70的洋麻/芳纶纱线性能最优,其续燃和阴燃时间都小于5 s,导电性是纯芳纶纱线的2.4倍。The blended yarns were prepared by Ken'af and Aramid fiber with different proportion, after the Kenaf fibers were modified by alkali and softeners. The effect of alkali treatment on the tensile property of Kenaf ftbers is discussed, and the influences of the blend ratio on the tensile property, flammability and conductivity of the blended yarns are studied. The results show that the alkali treatment can increase the spinnability of the Kenaf ftber. "the property of 30/70 Kenaf/Kevlar is optimal among the blended yarns, for which the continued burning and smoldering time are less than 5 seconds and the electrical conductivity is 2.4 times of pure aramid yam.
