摘　　要：喷气织机引纬在其右侧不可避免地会有捕边纱和被右剪刀剪掉的多余纬纱。这部分纱线是喷气织机的下脚料,一般一台废边纱量为每天0.8 kg。为了减少浪费,通过改进工艺、改变穿法使废边纱量减少到每天0.4 kg,节省效果明显。Jet loom weft insertion by compressed air as a carrier of the unilateral free end weft insertion in its right inevitably have capture edge yarn and the right pair of scissors to cut off the redundant weft yam. This part of the yarn is jet loom scraps, generally the waste edge yam quantity of a loom a day is 0.8kg. To reduce the waste, the quantity of waste edge yarns everyday decreased to 0.4kg by improving process and changing through-method, and it is significantly efficient.
