摘 要:为了解采用吸湿排汗纤维开发的双面府绸织物的吸湿排汗性能,采用GB/T 21665.1—2008标准对该织物的吸湿性和快干性进行检测,吸湿性通过吸水率、滴水扩散时间、芯吸高度3个指标考核,快干性通过蒸发速率和透湿量两项指标考核。检测结果表明,该织物吸湿指标达到吸湿产品的技术要求,为吸湿产品,织物蒸发速率达到快干产品的技术要求,但透湿量未达到快干产品的技术要求,分析原因主要是织物厚度较大,在今后的开发中应调整织物结构。: In order to understand the wicking performance of double-sided poplin fabric that was developed with wicking fiber, moisture absorption and quick drying of the fabric are tested by use of GB/T 21665.1--2008 standards in this paper. The moisture is checked through water absorption rate, drip diffusion duration and wicking height whilst the quick-drying is checked through evaporation rate and WVT. The test result shows that: The fabric moisture has reached the standard requirements, the fabric can thus be called wicking product. The fabric evaporation rate has also reached the standard requirements, but WVT has not, mainly due to too thick of the fabric. The fabric structure should be further readjusted in the future development.
