摘　　要：通过对2012年国内长绒棉供给分析,结果表明:2012年度国内长绒棉生产量不能满足国内需求,存在盲目进口情况,可能会出现供大于求的局面。同时,阐述了长绒棉供求关系影响因素,提出了国内纺织企业所需长绒棉原料因过于依赖进口,存在较明显的产业风险;为满足国内长绒棉需求,除进口外,还应增加种植面积;在进口时,做好进口棉配额发放工作等稳定长绒棉市场措施。建议尽快完善国储棉收储政策,确保长绒棉与陆地棉享受同等政策保护。Through analyzing the domestic supply and demand of long- staple cotton in 2012, the results showed that, annual domestic throughput of long- staple cotton production can not meet domestic demand, a blind import condition, there may be an oversupply situation. At the same time, this paper expounded the leading factors of supply and demand of long- staple. The raw material for domestic textile enterprises is proposed by relying too heavily on imports, there was a obvious in- dustrial risk ; To meet the demand of domestic leading producer of long - staple cotton, in addition to the import, should also increase the planting area; When imported, completed the stable long- staple cotton market measures, such as issuing quotas and advise as soon as possible perfect domestic cotton purchase policy, ensured long - staple cotton and upland cotton enjoy equal protection policy.
