摘　　要：黄河图在清代河患治理和河政运作中起着重要作用。乾隆中期,河南段黄河出现严重河患,河臣河东河道总督张师载治理黄河,绘制呈奏黄河图,向乾隆帝、朝臣汇报河务信息,并为清廷进行黄河河政决策提供依据。美国国会图书馆藏彩绘本《豫东黄河全图》是乾隆中期河南黄河河患治理情形的集中体现,直观反映了清代黄河的管理制度和治理方略,表现了清代的河政运作和文书流转方式,有较高的学术价值和文物价值。The hydraulic maps had played an important role in the flood management and watercourse -governing politics of Qing Dynasty. In the Middle Qianlong Reign, there were serious flood of the Yellow River and regional rivers in Henan Province which were managed by the HedongW^ercourse Viceroy Zhang Shizai. The concerning hydraulic maps had been the bridge for the Watercourse Viceroy, Emperor Qianlong, the court officials and the lo- cal officials to communicate flood information and make decision on the watercourse administration of the Yellow River. Recorded the flood management and watercourse - governing politics of the Yellow River in Henan Province in the Middle Qianlong Reign, the long - scrolled colorful silk text Overall Map of the Yellow River in Henan and Shandong Province preserved in the Library of US Congress tells the mapping system and the circulating ways of the hydraulic maps of the Qing Dynasty, and thus hold important academic and cultural value.
