摘　　要：螺杆桩是一种上部为圆柱型,下部为螺纹型的组合式桩。螺杆桩采用独特的变截面设计,将生活常识中"螺丝钉比钉子牢固"的原理运用在桩基设计与施工中,使其更牢固的特点得以充分体现。作为一种具有很高实用价值的新型桩,螺杆桩发展前景十分广阔。文章较全面的分析了螺杆桩的成桩工艺、技术性能、在工程应用中的优势所在。Half-screwed pile is cylinder type in the top, and screwed at the bottom. Half-screwed pile adopts unique changed the nail＂ is used in the section design, and the general knowledge of life ＂The screw is nailed more firmly than design and construction of piles, whose firmer character reflects fully. As a new type of pile with very high practical value, its development prospect is very broad. The pile process and technical per- formance are analyzed generally, and advantages in application are introduced.
