摘 要:研究了Zr元素对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金的强度随着Zr含量的增加而提高,当Zr含量为0.12wt%时,合金的强度和延伸率出现峰值。当Zr含量>0.12wt%时随着Zr含量的增加合金强度降低,这是因为合金中的Zr含量过高时,会析出粗大的Al3Zr初生相,降低了合金凝固时固溶在基体中的Zr含量,从而使Zr的有益作用降低。添加Zr可抑制合金的再结晶,使合金组织细化,提高了合金的抗剥落腐蚀性能。TEM分析发现Zr含量为0.12wt%的铝合金固溶态下Al3Zr颗粒比较细小,且分布比较均匀,Al3Zr的平均直径约为16.6nm。研究结果表明,对于所研究的超高强铝合金,Zr的最佳添加范围为0.10%-0.12wt%。The effect of Zirconium on the microstructure and mechanical properties of super- high strength aluminum alloy are investigated. It is found that the strength of the alloys increases with the increasing of zirconium content. The strength and elongation of the alloys get its peak value when the Zirconium content is about 0. 12wt% ; However the strength of the alloys decrease with the increasing of Zirconium when the zirconium content is more than 0.12wt%. This is due to the precipitation of coarse AI3 Zr phase reduces the Zirconium content in aluminum matrix. It is confirmed that zirconium can refine the microstructure of the alloy and retard recrystallization of the alloy. As a result, the resistance to exfoliation corrosion is markedly improved. TEM results shows that the Al3Zr precipitates is fine and homogeneously distributed in the matrix when the Zirconium content is about 0. 12wt%, and he average diameter size of Al3Zr is about 16.6nm. The study shows that the optimum content of Zr is between 0. 10% -0.12wt% for the studied super - high strength aluminum alloy.
