高校图书馆赠书管理工作探讨

摘　　要：分析高校图书馆接受赠书的现状及赠书管理工作存在的不足并提出改善建议。高校图书馆主要有团体赠书、作者手稿、个人赠书等3种赠书类型。赠书管理工作仍存在接受赠书被动、制度建设和馆藏建设滞后、后期管理松散的不足,可以通过促进赠书连续性、加强制度性建设、提高馆藏赠书工作效率和改进赠书后期跟踪制度等方法来完善赠书管理工作。This article analyses the current situation of universities＇ donated books and the management shortage, then gives the advices for improvement. There are three main types of donated books in university libraries： group donation, original manuscripts, and individual donation. The problems of management are passive acceptace of donated books, backward library system and book-collection job as well as the loose management. To solve these problems, we should promote continuity of donated books, strengthen library system building, increase work efficiency, and improve the tracking system in management of donated books.
