旅游主体价值观对旅游公共服务体系建设的多向影响研究

摘  要:旅游公务服务体系主体受益者是游客、社区和居民。它具有为游客提供旅游公共服务,改善社区及居民的生活品质,促进社会和谐发展和提高社会文明程度的本质属性。但是,在我国以发展经济为主的社会背景下,各旅游主体的旅游价值观因为社会属性、职能和影响力等等的不同,使得旅游公共服务体系本质难以体现。旅游公共服务体系建设需要政府这一主导部门紧紧抓住其本质与内涵,建设真正令游客和各方满意的旅游公共服务体系,才能促进旅游业及社会的共同发展与进步。The main body of tourism public service system of beneficiaries are tourists, the community and residents. It has provided tourism public service for visitors, improve the quality of life of the community and residents, promoting the harmonious development of the society and improving the essential attribute of the degree of civilization of society. But, to the development of economy in our country's social background, tourist values of the tourism subjective because the social attribute, function and influence and so on are different, which is difficult to embody the essence of tourism public service system. The construction of tourism public service system needs the government the dominant sector in the grasp of its essence and connotation, construction really make tourists and all parties satisfied with the tourism public service system, to promote the common development and progress of tourism industry and society.
