摘  要:上海某小区多幢高层住宅建筑受环境振动的影响明显引发居民集体投诉。本文通过2个阶段的现场振动测试(地脉动法)确认了振源为小区外附近多个厂家运行的石材加工设备,在时、频域分析了2幢高层住宅建筑的环境振动响应特征和幅值,将其与我国现行标准《城市区域环境振动标准》(GB10070-1988)和已处于报批阶段的新编国标《建筑工程容许振动标准》中有关住宅的振级限值进行了比较分析,并结合对居民舒适性振感的调查,提出了对这些标准中住宅振级限值的修改建议。本文测试分析结果不但对该小区高层住宅建筑确定减振目标,而且对检验和完善我国相关技术标准,均具有较大的实际应用价值。Several tall residential buildings in a Shanghai residential community have been influenced by the environmental vibration obviously,which lead to a group of residents complained.Through two phases of vibration tests,it is confirmed that the vibration source is the stone processing equipment operated by multiple factories nearby the area.Vibration characteristic analysis is carried out in both time domain and frequency domain for the two tall residential buildings,and compared with the vibration limit under the Chinese standard "the standard of environmental vibration in urban area"(GB10070-1988) and the new national standard "the standard for allowable vibration of building engineering " which is under the approval stage.By further combining the investigation of vibration tolerance of residents,a proposal modification of standard housing vibration limits is put forward.The results could not only be used to decide the vibration mitigation target for this tall building's residential community,but also provide application value for inspection and completion of relevant technical standards.
