溃疡性结肠炎常用中药性味归经规律研究

摘　　要：目的:研究溃疡性结肠常用药物性味和归经的规律和特点,为溃疡性结肠炎的中医临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:借鉴循证医学和流行病学的思路与方法,系统检索中国学术期刊全文数据库近10年来的相关文献,将符合纳入标准和排除标准的100篇溃疡性结肠炎的中医治疗文献中的用药和药物归类,并分别查出其性、味、归经,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:对所涉及的药性味进行描述统计发现溃疡性结肠炎用药主要是温性,其次是微寒、寒性、平性,此4性占到了全部用药药性的83.2%,其它药性使用较少;味则以苦味为先,其次为甘、辛,此3味占到了全部用药药味的89.5%,其它药味则使用较少;"归经"以归脾经的药物为最,其次是归胃经、肺经、肝经、大肠经的药物。结论:苦寒入脾经药物为治疗溃疡性结肠炎的常用药,具有清热燥湿、健脾和胃功能是溃疡性结肠炎中药治疗的重要作用。Objective： Studying nature, flavour and channel tropism of herbs in common use for ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods： On the base of reference ideas and methods of evidence-based medicine and epidemiology, 100 literatures of Chinese medicine treatment of uncreative colitis were chosen by searching related documents in recent 10 years from CNKI. Then the nature, flavor, and channel tropism of herbs in common use for UC were collected and classified. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results： The involved ＇nature＇ was used to describe the statistical treatment of ulcerative colitis. It found that the nature was mainly warm, followed by the slightly cold, cold, flat, which of the four nature accounted for 83.2%. Medication to bitter taste as the most, followed by the sweet, acrid, which of the three favors accounted for 89.5% of all drug flavor, the use of other flavors were less. Channel tropism to spleen by the drugs were the most, followed by the stomach, lung, liver, large intestine medicine. Conclusion： Based on the analysis of the nature, flavor and channel tropism, it found that bitter cold herbs which was spleen channel tropism were common used in ulcerative colitis. The important therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on ulcerative colitis （UC） was cleating away heat and eliminating dampness, strengthening the spleen and regulating stomach
