摘 要:目的:探讨当归商品等级划分与重量、化学指标的相关性。方法:多糖采用UV法测定、阿魏酸采用HPLC法测定,并测定水溶性浸出物含量。结果:不同商品等级的当归所含的阿魏酸、浸出物和多糖有一定的差异,多糖和阿魏酸与商品等级存在极弱的负相关,浸出物与商品等级存在极弱的正相关,但差异均无统计学意义;商品等级与平均重量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:当归商品等级划分的依据反映出等级差异,具一定的合理性;商品等级与化学指标没有明显的相关性。Objective: To study the correlation of Angelica commodity grade classification with weight and chemical indicators. Methods: Polysaccharide was determined by UV method. Ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. And the water-soluble extract content was determined by Chinese pharmacopoeia method. Results: There were certain differences in ferulic acid, the extract and the polysaccharide in different commodity grades of Angelica. Polysaccharide and ferulic acid had very weak negative correlation with commodity grades. Extract had very weak positive correlation with commodity grades, but it had no statistically significant. Average weight had very significant positive correlation with commodity grades (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The basis of Angelica commodity grades reflected the differences of the level, which had a certain rationality. Commercial grades had no correlation with chemical indicators.
