针药结合对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃镜及病理的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃镜及病理的临床疗效。方法:萎缩性胃炎(CAG)中医辨证为浊毒内蕴证型者120例,随机等分为针刺组、中药组和针药组,分别进行相应治疗,疗程6个月,治疗后对胃镜观察、病理疗效及Hp根除率进行比较。结果:①胃镜疗效及病理改善:三组治疗前后改变均有统计学意义(P<0.05);针药组与针刺组、中药组相比,显著优于针刺组和中药组(P<0.05);②Hp转阴率:针药组的Hp根除率明显优于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒方结合针刺对胃镜和Hp根除率均优于单纯的中药组和针刺组,说明化浊解毒方结合针刺是治疗CAG的有效可行的治疗方案。Objective： To observe endoscopy and pathology of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） by Huazhuo Detoxification Fang combined with the acupuncture. Methods： CAG TCM syndrome voiced intrinsic toxicity syndrome type 120 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group, the medicine group and acupuncture combined with medicine group, respectively, the appropriate treatment for 6 months. After treatment, make a comparison among the gastroscopy observation, pathological efficacy and Hp eradication rate. Results： （~）Gastroscopy efficacy and pathology： the three groups before and after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; compared with the acupuncture group and TCM group, acupuncture combined with medicine group was significantly better, there were significant significances （P〈0.05）. （~）Hp eradication rate： acupuncture combined with medicine group was significantly better than acupuncture group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; compared between the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion： Huazhuo Detoxification Fang with acupuncture group in endoscopy and Hp eradication rate was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group. Huazhuo Detoxification Fang with acupuncture treatment was the CAG effective and feasible treatment option.
