刺四缝、拿肩井、拍背疗法佐治儿童喘息性支气管炎60例疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价刺四缝、拿肩井、拍背疗法佐治儿童喘息性支气管炎的有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机、平行对照的试验原则,对60例喘息性支气管炎患儿进行临床研究,试验组30例,对照组30例,对照组采用常规治疗方案;试验组加用刺四缝、拿肩井、拍背疗法,疗程均为7d。结果:治疗后试验组气喘、肺部喘鸣音、咳嗽、痰鸣的消失时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组痊愈率50.0%,控显率90.0%;对照组痊愈率6.7%,控显率56.7%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:刺四缝、拿肩井、拍背疗法佐治儿童喘息性支气管炎安全有效。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of puncturing Sifeng （Ex 29）, grasping Jianjing （GB 21）, paring on the back for adjuvant treatment on children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods：A randomized, paraUel controlled method was used to carry out clinical studies on 60 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis. There were two groups including observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Children were used conventional treatment in control group and combined with TCM external therapy-punctuling Sifeng （Ex 29）, grasping Jianjing （GB 21）, patting on the back in observation group, which was treated for 7 days. Results： The times of the main target index such as wheeze, wheezing sound of the lung, cough, gurgling with sputum in observation group were disaooeared faster than control grouo （P〈0.01）. The cure rate was 50.0% in the observation group, 6.7% in control group and the controlled and remarkable effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 56.7% in the control group, respectively. There was statistical significance between the observation group and control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The adjuvant treatment of puncturing Sifeng （Ex 29）, grasping Jianjing （GB 21）, patting on the back for adjuvant treatment on children with asthmatic bronchitis is effective and safety.
