顶端切除旷置加中药治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的临床疗效。方法:48例随机分为治疗组24例和对照组24例,均采用顶端切除旷置术进行手术,术后治疗组用中药熏洗及中药换药治疗,对照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴及抗菌素换药治疗,疗程35d。结果:治疗组疼痛、水肿症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05),治愈率显著提高(P<0.05)、复发率显著降低(P<0.05)、愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合方法治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的疗效明显优于单用西医治疗,且有疗程短、疗效持久、复发率低等优点。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect on treatment of perianal hidradenitis suppurativa by traditional Chinese combined with western medicine. Methods：48 cases were separated into 2 groups, 24 cases were treated by traditional Chinese combined with western medicine. Other 24 cases of control goup were only treated by western medicine. The two groups were both treated for 30 days as one course. Results：The cure rate of treatment group was 83.33%, and the control group was 50% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of treatment group is obvious superior to the control group. More ever it has more advantages such as shorter course of treatment, durable curative effect, and lower recurrence rate.
