胃肠复原汤对妇科腹部手术术后排气时间的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察北京积水潭医院自拟胃肠复原汤对妇科腹部手术患者排气时间的影响。方法:选取北京积水潭医院2011年12月至2012年8月妇科腹腔镜手术患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,治疗组与对照组分别在术后3-5d进行输液预防感染和常规护理。治疗组服用北京积水潭医院自拟胃肠复原汤,对照组采用自然恢复疗法,分别记录两组患者肛门首次排气时间。结果:治疗组平均排气时间为13h,对照组平均排气时间为36h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:北京积水潭医院自拟胃肠复原汤能有效缩短患者术后的排气时间,对手术后并发症的发生起到积极地预防作用。Objective：To observe the effect of self-made Weichang Fuyuan Decoction on the flatus time after gynecological abdominal operation. Methods： 120 patients were selected after gynecological laparoscopic operation in our hospital from December 2011 to August 2012, who were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group and the control group were both given intravenous to prevent infection and usual nursing care after gynecological abdominal operation three to five days. The treatment group was given Weichang Fuyuan prescription by the Beijing Jishuitan Hospital. The control group was given spontaneous recovery therapy. The first flatus time of both groups were recorded. Results：Through the statistics of the clinical observed result, the flatus time of the treatment group was 13 hours and the control group was 36 hours（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Self-made Weichang Fuyuan Decoction can effectively shorten the flatus time of the patients after operation and actively prevent post-operative complications.
