中药内服并外洗治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生体会

摘　　要：目的:观察中医治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生的疗效。方法:对12例经病理确诊的外阴鳞状上皮增生病例采用中药内服和外洗结合治疗,每日口服药物1剂,分两次服,坐浴两次,两个月后观察其临床症状和局部皮肤表现。结果:12例患者经过治疗瘙痒症状均完全消失,外阴皮损减轻或消失。结论:中医治疗鳞状上皮增生有效。objective：To observe the effect of vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia treated by herbal medicine. Methods： 12 cases with vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia diagnosed by pathology were treated with oral herbs combined with external application of medicine, oral herbs twice a day, and herbal hip bath twice per day, continuously for 2 months. 2 months later, their clinical symptoms and local manifestation of vulva were observed. Results：Vulva itching of 12 cases disappeared, vulva skin thickening was improved. Conclusion：Chinese medicine is effective on the treatment of vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia.
