摘　　要：目的:寻找国内中医药治疗乙肝方面的研究重点和趋势,为其临床诊疗提供参考。方法:利用中国期刊网(CNKI)数据库,通过主题词与自由词结合方式,检索2007—2012年国内中医药治疗乙肝的文献,进行文献计量学分析。结果:6年中,国内关于中医药治疗乙肝的研究文献数量呈增长趋势。结论:中药治疗乙肝、中医辨证治疗乙肝的研究是研究热点,中医特色疗法及中医治疗乙肝的疗效评价标准的研究为新兴研究方向,但研究方法需要规范以提高研究质量。Objective ： To comprehend the current study status of traditional Chinese medicine for hepatitis B in China and provide the reference for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B. Method： We searched papers on TCM for hepatitis B covered in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （ CNKI ）. Searches were limited to trials reported from Jan. 2007 to Dec.2012. The search used subject headings and free words and was bibliometrically analyzed. Results ： The number of domestic papers on TCM for hepatitis B had a tendency to increase. Conclusion ： The hot topics are studies on TCM for hepatitis B and syndrome differentiation and treatment. The new research directions are studies on evaluation criterion of curative effect of TCM for hepatitis B and the TCM particular therapy. The research methods should be regulated to improve the quality.
