摘　　要：目的:总结中医药治疗肥胖症致健忘经验。方法:以医案形式,融理、法、方、药为一体进行阐述。结果:自拟涤痰益智汤治疗证属痰浊壅盛、上扰脑窍之健忘;自拟疏肝健脾益智汤治疗证属肝郁气滞、痰瘀互结、脑窍失养之健忘;自拟健脾填精益智汤治疗证属禀赋不足、脾失健运、脑髓失养之健忘,均取得满意疗效。结论:辨证论治肥胖症致健忘,疗效满意。Objective ： To summarize ZHOU Baokuan＇s clinical experience on verruca plana by external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： The principles, methods, formulae and medicinals of hypomnesia were discussed based on medical records. Results ： Modified Ditan Yizhi Decoction showed good effect on morbid forgetfulness with the syndrome of exuberant sputum muddy, harassment of brain ; modified Shugan Jianpi Yizhi Decoction showed good effect on morbid forgetfulness with the syndrome of stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver, binding of phlegm and stasis, nourishment insufficiency for heart and brain ; modified Jianpi Tianjing Yizhi Decoction showed good effect on morbid forgetfulness with the syndrome of innate deficiency, spleen failing in transportation, nourishment insufficiency for brain. Conclusions ： Syndrome differentiation and treatment show a better therapeutic effect for morbid forgetfulness caused by obesity.
