摘  要:目的:探讨糖肾康丸对小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法:取40只小鼠分别按体重随机分为糖肾康丸组(20只)和蒸馏水组(20只),实验前禁食不禁水12 h,糖肾康丸按小鼠可灌服的最大体积(0.04 mL/g)灌服最大可灌服浓度的糖肾康丸浓稠液(5.28 g/mL),蒸馏水组小鼠灌服最大体积(0.04 mL/g)。一次性口服灌胃给药后,连续观察14 d,记录小鼠的毒性反应及死亡情况。结果:观察期间动物饮食和活动正常,毛色光泽,生长良好,未见任何中毒表现,无死亡。14 d后处死小鼠,肉眼观察各器官及脏器指数均无异常。结论:小鼠最大耐受量为211.2 g/kg,该量已为临床用量22.50 g的468倍以上,可以认为临床用药安全。Objective: To observe the acute toxic reaction of Tangshenkang Pill in mice. Methods: 40 mice were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n--20 ) and the control group ( n=20 ) for acute toxic reaction. All mice only took water without food for 12 h before experiment. The treatment group were irrigated Tangshenkang Pill ( extract concentration was 5.28 g/mL ) according to mice's maximal volume of stomach ( 0.04 mL/g ), and the normal control group took NS with the same volume ( 0.04 mL/g ) one day at a time. The toxicity reaction and death situations were observed for 14 d. Results : Diet, activities, color and luster of hair were normal, and there was no toxicity reaction and no mice died within 14 days . Conclusion : The maximal tolerable dosage ( MTD ) of Tangshenkang Pill is above 211.2 g/kg in mice, which is more than 468 times of the clinical dosage. The drug is considered safe in clinical application.
