壮骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价壮骨胶囊对于原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:本研究主要针对80例原发性骨质疏松症患者,采取随机、平行对照的方法,随机分入中医治疗组和对照组,通过治疗前后患者的症状评分、腰椎和股骨颈骨密度、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素等来评价壮骨胶囊的临床疗效。结果:壮骨胶囊能显著改善患者治疗后临床症状,提高腰椎和股骨颈骨密度和降钙素值,适度降低甲状旁腺激素水平,且指标均明显优于对照组,临床无不良反应发生。结论:壮骨胶囊显著改善原发性骨质疏松症患者的临床症状,增加骨密度,调节骨代谢,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective ： To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Zhuanggu capsule for primary osteoporosis. Methods： 80 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected to take a randomized, parallel comparison method, and according to random points they were divided into traditional treatment group and the control group. Before and after treatment, the symptom score, lumbar and femoral neck BMD, parathyroid hormone, calcitonin and so on were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhuanggu capsule. Results：Zhuanggu capsule could significantly improve clinical symptoms and the lumbar and femoral neck BMD and calcitonin value after treatment, reduce the parathyroid hormone level, and these indexes were obviously superior to those in the control group. There was no adverse reaction. Conclusion ： Zhuanggu capsule significantly improve primary osteoporosis patients clinical symptoms, increase bone density, bone metabolism regulation, and has good clinical curative effect.
