运脾消食方治疗小儿厌食症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运脾消食方治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者随机分为2组,治疗组49例服用运脾消食方(由焦三仙、炒白术、半夏、陈皮、鸡内金、使君子、三棱、胡黄连、佩兰等中药组成),4周为1疗程,治疗2疗程。对照组49例口服小儿健脾化积口服液,疗程同治疗组。对治疗前后患儿的主、次要症状进行分级量化并进行疗效评定,并观察治疗前后对身高、体重、血清Zn含量的变化。结果:总有效率方面,治疗组为95.92%,对照组为77.55%,两组比较,运脾消食方组在总有效率、症状、体征、血清Zn含量的变化等方面均明显优于小儿健脾化积口服液组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:运脾消食方对改善小儿厌食症的症状、体征疗效显著,并能提高患儿血清Zn含量。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunpi Xiaoshi Granule in the treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods ： 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group had 49 patients taking Yunpi Xiaoshi Granule （ Coke Sansen, Fried Atraetylodes, Pinellia, Citrus, Gallus Gallus, Fructus Quisqualis, Triangular, Pierorhiza, Perrin and other traditional Chinese medicine ） and 4 weeks was a course of treatment, the treatment was two courses.The control group had 49 cases which were given Jianpi Huaji Oral Liquid with the same course as the treatment group.Before and after treatment, primary and secondary symptoms and efficacy were evaluated, and the changes in height, weight and serum Zn content were observed. Results ： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.92% and 77.55% in the control group.Comparison of two groups, Yunpi Xiaoshi Granule had significant differency in total efficiency, symptoms, signs, and changes in serum Zn content compared with Jianpi Huaji Oral Liquid group （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Yunpi Xiaoshi Granule can improve the symptoms and signs of children with anorexia, and can increase the levels of serum Zn content.
