七味白术散合痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察七味白术散合痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)的疗效。方法:67例D-IBS患者完全随机分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=33)。观察组给予七味白术散合痛泻要方加味治疗,1剂/d;对照组给予匹维溴铵50 mg,3次/d;两组疗程均为8周。比较两组治疗前与治疗2、4、8周后腹痛评分、腹泻评分、症状总评分及总有效率的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,两组腹痛、腹泻评分及症状总评分在治疗2、4、8周后均显著降低(P<0.01);治疗2周后,观察组的腹泻评分及症状总评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗4、8周后,观察组的腹痛、腹泻评分及症状总评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗8周后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:七味白术散合痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著,无明显不良反应。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on diarhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （ D-IBS ） with Qiwei Baizhu Powder and Tongxie Yaofang. Methods ： 67 patients with D-IBS were randomly divided into observing group （ n=34 ） and control group （ n=33 ）. The former was treated with Qiwei Baizhu Powder and Tongxie Yaofang （ 1 dose per day ）, and the latter with Pinaverium bromide （ 50 mg, three times a day ）. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks, to compare the scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea and con-symptom before and after treated for 2,4 and 8 weeks in both groups, and to compare the total effective and side-effect rate of the two groups after 8 weeks＇ treatment. Results ： The scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea and con-symptom were decreased significantly after treated for 2,4 and~ 8 weeks, compared to those before treatment in each group （P〈0.01）. Compared to control group, the scores of diarrhea and con-symptom in observing group were decreased significantly after 2 weeks＇ treatment（ P〈0.01 ）. At the end of week 4 and 8, the scores of the three items in observing group were all significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.01）. After 8 weeks＇ treatment, the total effective rate in observing group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）, with no significant difference in side-effect rate （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The therapeutic effect on D-IBS with Qiwei Baizhu Powder and Tongxie Yao^ang was notable, without obvious side effect.
