脉血康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察脉血康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 选取冠心病心绞痛患者108例,按2∶1比例随机分为2组,脉血康胶囊治疗（750 mg/次,3次/d）的观察组72例,常规西药抗心绞痛治疗的对照组36例,治疗8周后,观察心绞痛症状及心电图变化.结果 观察组中心绞痛改善的总有效率为93.1％（67/72）,明显优于对照组（63.9％,23/36）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组心电图改善的总有效率为94.4％（68/72）,明显优于对照组（75.0％,27/36）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 脉血康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显,在改善症状,控制和降低心绞痛发作频率方面优于西药抗心绞痛.Objective To observe the clinical effects of Maixuekang capsule on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods The 108 angina pectoris patients were divided into two groups.The Maixuekang capsule observation group had 72 cases and the common western medicine treatment group had 72 cases.The treatment course was 8 weeks.The symptoms of angina pectoris and transformation of electrocardiogram were observed.Results The total effective rate of angina improvement in observation group was 93.1% （67/72）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group （63.9%,23/36） ; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate of ECG improvement in observation group was 94.4% （68/72）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.0%,27/36） ; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Maixuekang capsule has good effects on coronary heart disease angina pectoris regarding improving symptom,controlling and reducing frequency of angina pectoris attack and decreasing myocardial infarction.
