盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在尿道局部麻醉中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 观察盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在尿道局部麻醉中的临床应用效果.方法 将重庆三峡中心医院2011年8月至2012年4月行膀胱镜检的男性患者400例完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各200例.观察组于术前尿道内灌注涂抹盐酸达克罗宁胶浆,达克罗宁润滑镜鞘；对照组于术前尿道内灌注涂抹利多卡因注射液,石蜡油润滑镜鞘；观察2组的疼痛差异、不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组的麻醉有效率为93％（186/200）,明显高于对照组[80％ （160/200）],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者均无严重不良反应发生.结论 盐酸达克罗宁胶浆可安全地用于尿道局部麻醉且麻醉作用强,润滑效果好,是术前尿道麻醉的理想用药.Objective To observe the effect of hydrochloric acid dyclonine mucilage during urethral local anesthesia.Methods All 400 male patients with cystoscopy examination with local anesthesia of urethra from August 2011 to April 2012 were randomized into：the observation group which had the hydrochloric acid dyclonine mucilage before the surgery; the control group：which had daubed and perfused the lidocaine paste before the surgery.Pain variance between the two groups was compared.Results The anesthesia effective rate of the observation group was 93 % （186/200）,which was obviously higher than that in the control group [80% （160/200）] （P 〈 0.05）.There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups of patients.Conclusion Hydrochloric acid dyclonine mucilage can be used in the local anesthesia of the urethra safely and the lubrication effect is good.
