水飞蓟宾胶囊预防抗结核药物肝损害效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察和探讨水飞蓟宾胶囊对抗结核药物所致肝损害的保护作用。方法肺结核患者90例随机按2:1分组至水飞蓟宾胶囊组和护肝片组。在应用抗结核药物的同时,水飞蓟宾胶囊组给予口服水飞蓟宾胶囊,护肝片组口服护肝片,检测观察用药后开始时、4周、8周、12周的肝功能指标ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL及患者自觉症状的改善情况。结果水飞蓟宾胶囊组与护肝片组在基线、疗后4周、8周、12周的ALT、AST、GGT指标比较,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对于TBIL指标,基线、疗后4周、8周两组的差别无统计学意义,而12周的TBIL的含量在两组中差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),水飞蓟宾胶囊组低于护肝片组。水飞蓟宾胶囊组4周AST、TBIL与基线的差值变化高于护肝片组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。水飞蓟宾胶囊组8周ALT、12周ALT、8周AST、12周AST、4周TBIL、8周TBIL与基线比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水飞蓟宾胶囊具有保护肺结核病患者抗结核药物治疗过程中肝细胞TBIL代谢功能的作用。Objective To explore the protective ellects of SlllDlnln capsules on river injury tnuuccu oy an- tituberculosis drugs. Methods 90 cases of tuberculosis were randomly divided into Group A （the silibinin Capsules group） treated with silibinin capsules in addition to antitubereulosis drugs and Group B （the liver- aid tablet group） treated with liver-aid tablets. The subjective symptoms and the levels of ALT, AST, GGT and TElL at the beginning of drug administration, in the 4th, the 8th and the 12th weeks were ob- served. Results No significant difference between Group A and Group B in the levels of ALT, AST, GGT was found at the beginning of drug administration, in the 4th, the 8th and 12th weeks（ P 〉0.05）. The level of TBIL showed significant difference between the two groups in the 12th week, with the level being much lower in Group A（Pa0.05）. Differences in the level of AST and TElL was found in the 4th week but were not significant P 〉0.05）. The levels of ALT in the 8th and 12th weeks and the levels of AST in the 8th and 12th weeks, the levels of TElL in the 4th and 8th weeks were founct significantly different from those at the beginning of administration（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Silibinin Capsules can protect the TBILmetabolic functions of liver cells in the antituberculosis threatment.
