摘  要:利用西安脉冲反应堆,建立中子辐照活化生产161 Tb的方法,考察靶样品组成和质量对161 Tb中子活化产额的影响。采用Dowex50阳离子交换树脂分离中子辐照后的氧化钆,考察树脂床高度、淋洗液pH、Gd3+负载量和温度等条件对分离161 Tb效果的影响。结果表明:氧化钆靶样品的组成和质量对161 Tb的中子活化产额有较显著的影响,应采用同位素富集样品进行161 Tb生产;Gd3+离子负载量和树脂床高度在实验范围内变化对离子分离效果影响不明显,淋洗液酸度和温度对分离效果影响显著,最佳离子交换色层分离条件为:Gd负载量50mg,树脂床高度17.5cm,0.20mol/L的2-羟基异丁酸为淋洗液,Tb3+和Dy3+的淋洗液pH分别为3.80和4.00,温度大于25℃,在此分离条件下,161 Tb回收率高于95%,Tb3+中Gd3+和Dy3+去污因子高于10 000。Using Xi' an pulsed reactor as neutron source, the production method of ^161 Tb was established. The influence of composition and mass of the target material on the productivi- ty of ^161 Tb was investigated. In order to acquire purity ^161 Tb, an ion exchange chromatogra- phy method for Tb separation from the target material was studied. The influence of some factors such as length of resin bed, pH of eluent, amount of matrix Gd3+ and temperature on the separation was investigated using DowexS0 cation exchange resin. The results were showed that the composition and mass of the Gd20a target material obviously influenced the produetivity of ^161 Tb, isotope enriched target material was optical choose for ^161Tb produc-tion. Conditions such as matrix amount and length of resin bed had few effects on the sepa- ration of Tb within a small range, however, pH of eluent and temperature markedly affected the separation. The optimized separation condition for mixture solution of Gd3+ , Tb3+ and Dy3+ was that 17.50 cm as length of resin bed, matrix amount of 50 mg, 0.20 mol/L 2- HIBA as elution, pH=3.80 and pH=4.00 for pH of Tb and Dy eluent, repectively, tem- perature higher than 25 ℃. Under the optimized condition, the recovery of Tb was higher than 95% and decontamination factor of Tb to Gd is higher than 10 000 .
