摘　　要：羌医作为中国历史悠久的民族医学,具有简便易行、治法独特、就近取材、价廉、疗效显著等鲜明的优点。手法治疗是羌族按摩医师和骨科医师施用手为主的各种术式,作用于患者体表不同部位,进行治疗和检查的一种外治法,具有见效快、疗效高、运用方便快捷、成分低等优点,是羌医的重要的组成部分。羌医推拿按摩的基本手法,是在病人身上作各种有节律的动作。流传至今的基本手法约有30多种,常用的有推、捏、按、揉、摸、摇、空拳捶、刺、点、搓、扣击、钻、抓、提、楸、拨、拉、上牵、背、抖等20种。羌医手法的运用与病人的病情、疾病的部位、以及医师的个人习惯与心得有关,但是运用的目的与原则都是一致的,要求手法柔和、有力、持久,并要求深透到组织间隙的深层部才能起到疗效。Chinese qlang ethnomedicine, with the characteristics of convenient, unique, cheap and effective therapeutics, was once lost in ancient records but is being inherited and evolved locally. Chirismus, as an important traditional therapeutics of Chinese qiang ethnomedicine, are used to release the pain and recover the function of various acute and chronic ailments. The basic chiris- mus skills are some kind of rhythmical actions on the body surface. To date, more than 30 basic chirismus skills descend locally, such as to push, to pinch, to press, to rub, touch, to shake, to beat with hollow fist, to prick more powerfully, to prick less power- fully, to knead, to strike, to drill, to grip, to lift, to grasp, to tease, to draw, to pull upward, to bear, to shake gently, etc. The application of chirismus skills varies according to the locations and states of an illness. However, the aim and principle of the ehiris- mus are all the same that the chirismus actions are soft but powerful and persistent, and have to permeate through the skin to the deep parts for efficaeies. Due to the limit on the words, the chirismus skills in Chinese qiang ethnomedicine may not be discussed in detail.
