摘 要:褐煤具有水分大、热值低等特点,直接燃烧时,会降低燃烧温度,增加排烟热损失,降低锅炉效率,增加煤耗量。本文研究了褐煤水分对燃料热值、锅炉烟气量、炉膛温度、锅炉排烟热损失、锅炉效率、锅炉耗煤量等的影响规律。计算表明,水分增加时,燃料热值、锅炉效率、绝热燃烧温度降低,而排烟热损失、总烟气量、燃料耗量增加。以扎赉诺尔褐煤为例,得到了褐煤锅炉几个主要热力参数的变化。lignite has rich in moisture, low calorific value. When it is directly involved in the combustion, it can reduce the combustion temperature, increase the exhaust gas temperature , reduce boiler efficiency and increased coal consumption. This paper studies the combustion calorific value, boiler smoke gas, furnace temperature, boiler smoke heat loss, boiler efficiency and boiler coal consumption. The study showed that when the water increased, the fuel calorific value, boiler efficiency, adiabatic combustion temperature is decreased, but smoke heat loss, total smoke gas, fuel consumption are increased. Consid- ering ZaLaiNuoEr lignite as an example, we obtained the lignite boiler thermodynamic parameters of sev- eral major changes.
