摘 要:本文分析了矿产行业节能减排的现状,指出电机老化、变压器能耗高、配电网无功控制不佳等仍然存在的问题,并提出进一步加强节能减排的措施和建议。本文提出使用开关磁阻电机替代老旧型号电机,使用非晶变压器替代年久高耗型变压器,并应用总拥有费用法对配电变压器更新进行评价。同时给出了配电系统无功补偿与电压调控的优化实施方案。评估结果表明,上述节能措施可以有效降低矿山配电系统能耗,实现节能减排目标。This paper analyzes current situation of energy saving and emission reduction in mining indus- try, points out exist problems such as old motors, low efficiency transformers and unhealthy reactive pow- er control of distribution network, give some measures and advices to strengthen energy saving and emis- sion reduction next step. This paper presents that utilizing switched reluctance drive system (SRD) to re- place the old motor bution transformers drives. Followed, upgradi (AMDT), and evaluating At the same time, this paper introduces some measure plans to promote the reactive power compensation and voltage control of power distribution system of the mine field. All measures has been estimated, and the results prove that the measures are effective, they could bring down the energy consumption of the power distribution system of the mine field and able to realize the goal of energy - saving and emission - reduction.
