摘  要:以K59250型动力卡盘附件的原材料为对象,采用销盘摩擦配副对动力卡盘附件的材料进行摩擦磨损试验,探讨滑座和楔心套的材料磨损的影响因素。结果表明,随着摩擦配副工作行程的增加,滑座和楔心套配副的摩擦系数无显著变化;滑动速度、盘体的热处理工艺和滑动形式对滑座和楔心套的磨损性能有较大影响。在连续滑动下,与高频淬火盘体配对低速滑座的磨损量低于与调质处理盘体配对高速楔心套的磨损量;在间歇滑动下,滑座和楔心套在一年内磨损量极低,接近于零磨损。On the investigation object of K59250 power chuck fittings, the friction and wear tests between power chuck pairs were performed on a pin-on-disk tester, and the effect on the worn properties of the slider and wedge set were discussed by several factors. These results showed that coefficient of friction had no significant variation in the slider and wedge set with the increase of the stroke length. The sliding velocity, heat treatment of the chuck and sliding form played a major role on the wear properties of the slider and wedge set. In continuous slide mode, wear mass of the slide matched with the high-frequency quenching chuck and low speed was lower than that of the wedge set with the modified treat chuck and high speed while in discontinuous slide, the wear mass of the slider and wedge set within a year was extremely low and close to the state of the zero wear.
