摘　　要：该工艺用PowerPoint代替装配工艺卡片,新增用装配动画描述装配过程,并将装配动画与PowerPoint链接上。装配动画是基于UG完成的,运用UG创建产品零件的三维造型,再利用UG装配模块创建装配序列、创建运动,记录组件运动,将产品的3D装配过程录制成动画,实现工艺的可视化。The technology substitutes PowerPoint for assembly process card, assembly animation describe assembly process, and assembly animation link to PowerPoint. Assembly animation is based on UG, uses UG to create three-dimensional modeling of manufacture′s part, and uses UG assembly module to create assembly process, create movement, record element′s movement. It records the animation of the manufacture′s 3D assembly process, realizes the technology visualization.
