摘　　要：通过防错的发展历程作为切入点,介绍了防错技术的含意、作用、实施原则,并结合生产实例详细介绍了防错技术的实施原理,说明了防错技术在质量管理中提高企业竞争力的有效方法。Through the wrong techniques development history as a starting point, this paper introduces the meaning, the function, the implementation principle of mistake proofing techniques, and the implementation principle of the mistake proofing techniques is introduced combining with the production example, and explains the mistake proofing techniques in the quality management is the effective method to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
