摘 要:针对发动机汽缸体加工部位较多且所加工部位呈空间分布,生产加工中需要人工手动多次装夹,多次换刀的特点,设计了一种可在加工中心中上,仅通过一次装夹,完成对发动机汽缸体的铣削、钻孔加工的液压专用夹具。介绍了该夹具的结构组成及工作原理;选取双液压缸夹紧方案,并设计了相应配套的液压系统。利用该夹具对缸体加工,减少了缸体在加工过程中的装夹次数,大大缩短了加工周期,达到了降低劳动强度,提高加工效率之目的。In view of more parts for the engine cylinder processing and the processing site was spatial distribution, and the process needs manually multiple setups, multiple tool change characteristics. Designed a hydraulic special fixture which can only through one time clamping, completed processing engine cylinder milling and drilling. Elaborated on the fixture structure characteristic and work principle; Adopted double hydraulic cylinder clamping, and designed the corresponding sets of hydraulic system. Used the fixture for cylinder processing, reduced the cylinder block in the process the clamping frequency, greatly reduced the processing cycle, reached the purposes of reducing the intensity of labor and improving the machining efficiency.
