摘 要:为实现空间复杂曲面零件的加工,基于原有的线切割加工系统,设计了一种带有自动分度的多轴联动数控回转台,建立了空间曲面零件线切割加工运动规律数学模型及仿真模型,并对几种典型运动形式进行了仿真研究和样件加工试验,将样件检测结果与设计数据和仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:所加工样件形状及尺寸精度均达到了预期效果,验证了各种运动形式下加工模型及仿真模型的正确性;同时,所设计的多轴联动线切割加工系统具有较高的加工质量和较低的成本,验证了该系统的实用性。In order to get spatial complicated curved surface parts and solve the difficult problems in high-speed wire cut electronic discharge machining (WEDM), an automatic indexing NC rotary table with multi-axis movement was designed. Then the mathematical and simulation models of spatial complicated curved surface were established and some kinds of typical motion forms were selected to simulation and processing experiment. Through detecting and comparison with the design data, it shows that the sample pieces all reach the requirements in shape and dimensional accuracy to prove the correctness of the processing and simulation models. In addition, it shows that the multi-axis movement WEDM system has high machining quality and low cost and has practical applicability.
