摘 要:采用平衡溶胀法和计算机软件模拟研究了高丙烯腈含量(质量分数50%)氢化丁腈橡胶Therban 5008 VP的三维溶解度参数值,并计算了Therban 5008 VP与单一溶剂、生物柴油及Fuel C测试油之间的能量差,考察了能量差对Therban 5008 VP溶胀性能的预测能力。结果表明,在Therban 5008VP的三维溶解度参数值中色散力分量为18.8(J/cm3)1/2,极性力分量为9.6(J/cm3)1/2,氢键力分量为5.7(J/cm3)1/2。Therban 5008 VP在溶剂、生物柴油及Fuel C测试油中的溶胀性能可以较准确地反映在能量差的变化上。利用能量差可在一定程度上预测易挥发、废液难处理等液体的溶胀性能,从而省却溶胀实验。The three dimensional solubility pa- rameters of high acrylonitrile ( mass fraction 50% ) hydrogenated nitrile rubber Therban 5008 VP were determined and studied by equilibrium swelling method and computer software simulation, and the energy differences between Therban 5008 VP and single solvent, biodiesel and Fuel C testing oil were calculated and investigated for predicting the swell- ing behavior of Therban 5008 VP. The results showed that the dispersion component, polar compo- nent and hydrogen bond component in the three di- mensional solubility parameters of Therban 5008 VP were 18.8, 9.6, 5.7 (J/cm^3 )^1/2, respectively. The swelling behavior of Therban 5008 VP in the solvents, biodiesel and Fuel C test oil could be well correlated with the relevant energy difference, and the swelling behavior in volatile and waste-unman- ageable liquid could be predicted to a certain extent, thus avoiding the swelling measurement.
