摘 要:文章将城市分为三种类型,即旅游型城市、工商业型城市、综合型城市,并以携程网数据为基础,分别抓取典型城市酒店的在线信息,研究其对不同城市类型酒店网上预订量的影响。研究结果表明:预订平台的酒店评级、酒店位置和不推荐率对所有城市酒店的网上预订量均有显著影响;酒店卫生对综合型城市酒店的预订量的影响显著,对工商业型城市酒店的预订量影响较显著,对旅游型城市酒店预订量不显著;酒店价格对综合型城市酒店预订量有着显著的负相关性影响,对商业型城市酒店的预订量有着较显著正相关性影响,对旅游型城市酒店预订量影响不显著。最后分别为酒店管理者和消费者决策提供相关建议。Cities were classified into of three types: tourist city, commercial city and comprehensive city. We select typical cities and study the effect of the information online on the hotel bookings based on the Ctrip's data. The research shows that the rating from the hotel booking platform has a significant impact on the choice for hotel made by consumers from different types of cities. In detail, hotel prices have most significant effect on the hotel booking amount of a comprehensive city hotels' and have more significant effect on the hotel booking amount of a commercial city. But it is not remarkable for a tourist city. Meanwhile, the hotel location in the consumer evaluation greatly affects the consumer of all types of cities'. The hotel hygienic evaluation most affects the hotel booking amount for a comprehensive city and has a more significant influence on a commercial city. But it is not significant for a tourism city. Finally, the study provides relevant suggestions for hotel managers and the consumers in decision making.
