摘 要:随着可靠性技术的不断发展,故障树技术已成为大型复杂系统可靠性、安全性和风险评价的最有效的分析方法之一。首先对沉降离心机采用故障模式与影响分析进行了故障诊断研究,明确了影响沉降离心机的可靠性关键零部件,结合故障树分析方法确立了主轴及转鼓故障树的最小割集,其次建立了完善的FMEA表格和故障树,并针对该离心机相关薄弱环节提出了改进措施。该沉降式离心机的可靠性分析为乏燃料后处理厂建立高效、稳定、安全的沉降离心机提供了可靠的理论依据。With the development of reliability technology,fault tree analysis has become one of the most effective analysis method of a large and complex system for reliability,safety and risk assessment.Fault diagnosis and analysis of the centrifuge settlement based on the failure mode and effects analysis and its influence on the key parts of settlement centrifuge reliability were studied firstly.The minimal cut sets of the spindle and drum fault tree was established with fault tree analysis and perfect worksheets,both FMEA and FTA are established,and improvement measures for weak links are also proposed.It was provided reliable theoretical basis for the establishment of efficient,stable and safe sedimentation centrifuge for spent fuel reprocessing.
