摘 要:以某1.5MW转盘轴承为研究对象,应用ABAQUS软件建立三维球(GCr15轴承钢)/滚道(42CrMo钢)接触弹塑性有限元模型,通过改变滚珠与滚道接触时的曲率比,实现球、滚道接触的径向磨损模式,研究了不同曲率比对滚珠与滚道之间接触应力、相对滑移量和动力学曲线等摩擦学关键参数的影响规律。研究结果表明:滚道的塑性变形主要发生在第一次加载卸载过程中,后续加载循环塑性变形并不明显;随着曲率比的增加,滚道的变形增大,磨损区域减少;模型的最大应力不在接触表面产生,出现在距离接触表面深度1mm处,这与实际损伤结果相符。With a 1.5MW slewing bearing as the research object,it uses ABAQUS to built 3d ball(GCr15 bearing steel)/ raceway(42CrMo steel)contact elastoplastic finite element model.By changing the curvature of the ball and raceway contact ratio,ball and raceway contact radial wear pattern,it studies the different curvature ratio between ball and raceway contact stress,and also the relative slippage and kinetics curve of tribology key parameters are studied.The simulation results are practically consistent with test results reported by somebody else.Plastic deformation mainly occurs in the first working cycle,and the subsequent cyclic is not obvious.Deformation of raceway was increased and wear area was reduced on contact zone with the increase of the ratio of curvature.The maximum stress was not appeared in contact surface,but it was appeared in the distance contact surface depth in 1mm.
