摘  要:由于影响静压导轨的因素很多,精确评估导轨的运动精度难度很大。常规设计中,静压导轨油腔的长度、形状及个数一般都是经验推荐值,相关理论计算和仿真方法主要是针对导轨刚性和承载力。仅针对静压导轨,采用多目标遗传算法进行对比仿真,尝试分析油腔数量对导轨运动精度的影响。提出一种采用多目标遗传算法来仿真静压导轨运动精度的新方法,详细说明了仿真方法的原理及步骤,这种仿真方法可以定量地分析导轨油腔数量及几何精度对运动精度的影响。There are some effective factors on the hydrostatic guideway,so to evaluate accurately the motion precise of the guideway is difficulty.In the general design,the length and shape and the chamber number of the hydrostatic guideway are experiential value to be recommended.The correlated theory is mostly how to calculate the rigidity and the carrying capacity of the hydrostatic guideway.It brings forward an algorithm to simulate the motion precise of the hydrostatic guideway,by comparing the number of oil chamber.It introduces a new method simulating the motion precise of hydrostatic guideway,which is the multiobjective genetic algorithms(MGA).It also explains the theory of the algorithm and the optimization evolutionary strategy and detail steps.With the method,the guideway precise can be analyzed quantificationally when precise of geometry and the hydraulic component in the guideway and the numbers of oil chambers are variant.
