摘　　要：高能量损伤可以引起关节内的骨折,胫骨平台骨折就是这个原因造成的。软组织严重损伤是其主要病理特征。其治疗效果对膝关节功能的恢复有决定意义。目前在临床上对骨折的分类主要根据骨折的形态,其治疗方案的选择也以此为依据,临床报道的方法比较多,但疗效不尽相同。综述胫骨平台骨折治疗方法,以期对临床治疗有所借鉴。Tibial plateau fractures are the intraarticular fractures suffered form high energy, mostly involve the serious soft tissue injury. The efficacy of the treatment for tibial plateau fractures is significant for the recovery of knee joint function. At present, Tibial plateau fractures are classified by the sharp of them, so that the treatment program was chosen. There are a lot of methods of treatment for tibial plateau fractures which can be found in clinical reports, and the efficacy of each treatmeant is not the same. In this paper, a large number of related literature on the tibial plateau fractures involving treatment has been reviewed, which could benifit some of the clinical treatment.
