高压氧治疗糖尿病气性坏疽消毒隔离的方法研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧治疗糖尿病下肢坏疽患者的消毒隔离措施及疗效。方法:对我院收治的糖尿病并发糖尿病下肢肢端气性坏疽中的12例经内科综合治疗后在高压氧治疗期间,做好高压氧舱、工作人员以及物品的消毒隔离。结果:12例患者经高压氧综合治疗后创面治愈,无交叉感染;3次分泌物涂片检查,结果均为阴性。舱内及物表经3次空气和细菌培养无菌生长,3次均为阴性。结论:对糖尿病下肢坏疽病人在高压氧治疗期间,严格规范的消毒隔离措施能够有效地防止交叉感染。Objective： To explore the measure of disinfection and isolation of patients with diabetic lower limb gangrene which treated by hyperbaric oxygenation therapy and its efficacy. Methods： 12 diabetic patients combined with lower limb gangrene received medical comprehensive therapy, did well the disinfection and isolation of hyperbaric oxygen chamber, medical staffs and products dur- ing hyperbaric oxygenation therapy. Results： After hyperbaric oxygenation therapy, all patients were healed and there was no cross in- fection; the results of secretion smear examination for three times were negative, there were no bacterial growth in hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the surface of products after air bacterial culture.. Conclusion： During the hyperbaric oxygenation therapy, strict disinfec- tion and isolation can effectively prevent the cross - infection for patients with diabetic lower limb gangrene.
